- Last week, the traffic to 2ch plunged to 66% because of those massive bans, and some adimins are still on the banning spree.
They started acting up after the foreign minister asked for deletion of a copypasta, and a bunch of morons rushed down to
the request thread and fucked around there.
With one post by one moron from one ISP, the eintire users from the same ISP get banned (if it's not a static IP).
There's no telling what's gonna happen...
